We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data through this form. We do not use tracking pixels or cross-site cookies.

We process your email address for the purpose of sending you studio updates, project announcements, and related marketing communications.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You provide this consent by checking the consent checkbox on our subscription form and clicking the confirmation link in the email we send you (double opt-in).

4. Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our newsletter:

• listmonk — self-hosted, open-source newsletter management software. Your email address is stored on our own server infrastructure. No data is shared with listmonk as a company.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — used as our email delivery (SMTP) provider. Brevo processes your email address solely to deliver emails on our behalf. For more information, see Brevo's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your unsubscribe request.
